DSTV seems to be either having problems with their channel encryption services in Africa or they have just pulled a huge marketing stunt in the continent. All channels on the pay-TV service have suddenly been opened for everyone including those who are not subscribed to full bouquets.

Users in Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya and South Africa have been tweeting how the service is free. Most of the tweeps are enjoying the free duration and most of them pray that the technical fault or whatever made the channels to be free, to continue longer.

Error or sweet kindness….DSTV has forgotten we dint pay 10k. Check ur channels folks. May dis error or kindness remain 4eva n eva!!!
