The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC) officers have pounced on two members of the Nairobi county assembly for receiving bribes.

The two, Woodley MCA Abraham Mwangi Njihia and the Karen MCA David Njilithia Mberia, were arrested at the Oil Libya petrol station at Belle Vue
According to the the EACC, the two are members of Culture and Social Services Committee and had demanded a bribe of sh 500,000 from the owners of Kiragu Waichahi School which is built on Public Land.

However Woodley MCA Abraham Mwangi managed to run away from the officers . Embakasi ward Jared Okoth MCA was driving the vehicle.
