Ekuru Aukot, on Tuesday said that although he conceded defeat in the just concluded general elections, the transmission of election results was fundamentally wrong.

He said this after his party conducted an audit of the presidential results that saw him finish fourth.

Through his twitter account Ekuru said that after conducting an audit of the results the noted that the transmission was fundamentally wrong.

Good morning Kenya! Our auditing of the results transmission is revealing a worrying trend. Something went fundamentally wrong.

However one of his followers asked him why he did not point this out before conceding and offering to work with the elected president.

You rushed to concede &plead to work wth th same pple whose win u now find questionable. Thts why I only listen to Raila,he does not waver

But Mr. Ekuru responded saying that their statement was clear. He said that they noticed a problem with transmission but accepted the results anyway.

Our statement was clear. While we accepted the results then, we also noted a problem with transmission. We promised to file report. https://t.co/9V7C272n2H
