The brother to comedian Eric Omondi, Joseph Omondi has passed on hours after he was found in Nyandarua estate in Downtown River Road.

According to Eric’s post Joseph who was addicted to cocaine and other substances died at 3 am. When he was found he looked unhealthy and was unaware of his surroundings.
The deceased has been in and out of rehabilitation for the past 19 years, the comedian says.
Eric said that the family had tried to assist his brother who kept on running away and hiding in order to get a fix. He was traced barely 12 hours ago after receiving a tip from a taxi driver.
