Gor Mahia Organizing Secretary Judith “Nyangi” Anyango was today (Friday) arraigned in court to answer to charges of alleged fraud.
The complainant, Dave Ebero aka Dave Last Born, accused her of falsely obtaining Ksh 60,000 with a promise to secure him air ticket to Algiers, Algeria.
Dave, a staunch Gor Mahia fan, intended to watch the club’s CAF Confederation Cup group match away to USM Alger in Algiers in August this year.
She denied the charges and was released on Ksh15,000 cash bail.

The hearing begins on March 7, 2019.
Nyangi has maintained that Dave owes her up-to Ksh90,000 which she lent him and will prove it in court.
“I have lent him almost Ksh 90,000 in total and will prove that. Once he sent me a gift pack which I opened only to find bras and underpants.
When I demanded an explanation, he told me there was nothing wrong in falling in love. I dismissed him,” Nyangi told Nairobi News.
