Lawyer Nelson Havi has taken a swipe at Senior Counsel, Paul Muite who will be representing the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) in a law suit filed to stop the elections for its President.
Havi who has been fighting to have the age limit scrapped, a hindrance to his candidature, referred to Muite as a ‘Karen defaulting tenant.’

In 2010, Muite’s wife, Dr Edith Ndeto is said to have sought to privately prosecute four individuals among them a lawyer who tried to evict them from their Karen home over unpaid rent.
Havi has also been at loggerheads with lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi alias Grand Mullah who he accused together with Muite of attempting to block his candidature.

But Ahmednassir hit back at the ‘youthful’ lawyer saying: ”When your only claim to “notoriety” is to blame Ahmednasir and Hon Paul Muite SC…childish… delusional…pathetic!!! Real men make a name and make history by standing on their own..and fight for a cause..”
