Good drying and storage ensure your brushes stay in excellent shape. After cleaning, avoid placing the brush upright while still wet because water can weaken the glue inside the ferrule. Instead, dry flat or hanging downward. Once dry, store brushes in a case or container that protects the bristles from bending or collecting dust. Never store brushes resting on their bristle tips because it causes permanent damage.
