Steps to Make Crumbed Chicken
- Prepare the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and slice them into thin fillets if they are thick. This ensures even cooking. If needed, use a meat mallet to gently flatten them to an even thickness. - Season the Flour
In a shallow dish, mix the flour with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. This helps season the chicken and ensures the coating sticks well. - Prepare the Egg Wash
