    HP Launches New ICT Training Center in Nairobi

    HP in collaboration with Quintica has openned a premium Enterprise ICT training centre in Nairobi. HP seeks to impart knowledge of HP products, services and increase the depth of information and tech capabilities that will enable the consumer and HP partners to maximise the potential of their investments.

    The training center will be run by Quintica and will be geared towards strengthening the capacity of the current and future client as well as business partners. The company has various tailor made courses for certification level which will market the holder and allow them to be employed anywhere in the world.

    The training facility will be able to benefit from the HP virtual classrooms as well as experts brought it. Also the company together with Quintica sees the need to package education tours with local tourism packages for first time or regular visitors. The training facility will benefit the corporate but Quintica is looking for ways of working with the locals to introduce training packages targeted at freelancers and other individuals interested in the same courses.

    Besides the newly openned training facility, HP has invested over 200,000 USD in Strathmore University and Inorero  University through training and products geared towards strengthening the local expertise. The company has also invested in the Kibera youth through Carolina Youth Centre.
