    IEBC Clerk Arrested For Issuing Double Ballot Papers, Changamwe

    double ballot papersKennedy Mulwa an IEBC clerk in Changamwe Mombasa county was arrested for allegedly issuing double ballot papers to voters in his polling station.

    He allegedly issued the double ballot papers for President ,MP and Senator.

    He was reported to the police officer on the ground after witnesses alerted the security officers.

    The clerk will be arraigned in court after investigations are over.

    In Bomet, a county executive was caught for allegedly bribing voters.

    The elections however have so far been peaceful with minor incidences around different areas in the country.
