There was drama at the city mortuary as the late Chris Msando’s family chased away the IEBC ICT Director James Muhati.
Muhati was in the company of his bosses, Chairman Wafula Chebukati and CEO Ezra Chiloba. The commissioners had gone to view the body of their slain colleague who had gone missing on Friday.
Msando’s family is said to have attacked Muhati. They accused him of betraying Chris.
According to them, James was the last person seen with Msando before his mysterious disappearance.

The ICT Director was escorted out of the premises by the police as the relatives insisted on his leaving.
Msando had taken over Muhati’s job for a short while after he apparently refused to cooperate with auditors who wanted access into IEBC’s ICT systems.
James later took his job back after the commission reinstated him.
Chris was found in Kikuyu with his hand chopped off. His lady friend was also killed.
