Jessie J head Injury

British singer Jessie J was forced to undergo an emergency MRI scan after suffering a head injury while on tour in China.

The 37-year-old pop star revealed the incident in an Instagram video shared over the weekend, showing the moment she accidentally hit her head on the roof of a minivan in Hangzhou. Jessie J explained that she had told her team she did not mind squeezing into the back seat before the mishap occurred.

The footage later showed the singer at a hospital undergoing an MRI scan, raising concerns among fans about her condition.

Despite the scare, Jessie J reassured her team that she was coping, although she admitted to experiencing pain.
“I just can’t move my head. I’m alright, I’ll just have to take some painkillers and push through,” she said during rehearsals.

The “Price Tag” hitmaker initially feared she had suffered a serious injury.
“I thought I broke my neck, but I haven’t. But I have really hurt my neck and my back,” she added.

Fans quickly flooded her social media pages with messages of support, wishing her a speedy recovery as she continues her “No Secrets” tour.

The incident comes months after Jessie J opened up about a personal health battle. In June 2025, she revealed she had been diagnosed with breast cancer and later underwent a mastectomy.

At the time, the singer said she chose to share her diagnosis publicly because of the strong support she receives from fans. “You have loved me through all my good and hard times, and I don’t want this to be any different,” she said.
