    KCB Partners with Chinese Payment Services Provider, UnionPay

    Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) Group and Chinese financial service provider UnionPay International, have entered into a digital payment partnership.

    The partnership will see the issuance of UnionPay Prepaid Travel Mate cards in the Eastern Africa region through the KCB group network.

    UnionPay prepaid and debit cards with chip-enabled technology, will be issued, first into the Kenyan market and then extended into East Africa.
