    KDF Announces Shortlisted Candidates and Interview Dates for Cadets, Officers, and Tradesmen/Women

    The Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) has released the list of shortlisted candidates for the positions of General Service Officer (GSO) Cadets — both Regular and Graduate — Specialist Officers, and Tradesmen and Women.

    In a public notice, KDF said the shortlisted candidates will attend interviews and selection exercises on different dates and at designated locations.

    According to the notice, GSO Cadet (Regular) candidates are required to report to the Kenya Military Academy in Lanet, Nakuru, on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. GSO Cadet (Graduate) candidates will report to the same venue on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Specialist Officers are to report to the Kenya Military Academy on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., while Tradesmen and Women will report to Ulinzi Sports Complex, Lang’ata, Nairobi, on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

    All candidates are required to bring their original National Identification Card, academic and professional certificates, curriculum vitae, and any other relevant testimonials, along with four copies of each document.

    KDF assured that food and accommodation will be provided throughout the interview period. It also stated that unsuccessful candidates will be reimbursed travel expenses in line with KDF regulations.

    “Candidates are advised to carry warm clothing,” the notice added.
