Kenya Airways told its customers Friday that it will continue operating repatriation flights between Nairobi and Dubai, subject to available flight slots and approval from Dubai Airport authorities.
These flights are not part of the airline’s regular schedule.
The service will be operated using the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, offering passengers enhanced comfort, more space, and Kenya Airways’ signature African hospitality.
In accordance with guidance from Dubai authorities, only passengers with valid travel documents whose journeys either end in Dubai or depart from Dubai will be permitted to travel.
Passengers currently in Dubai with confirmed flight tickets are advised to wait to be contacted by Kenya Airways with their confirmed departure date and time before proceeding to Dubai International Airport.
Customers are encouraged to regularly check their flight status on the Kenya Airways website (kenya-airways.com) and ensure their contact details are updated via the “Manage Booking” option in order to receive timely updates.
Kenya Airways apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates customers’ patience and understanding. The safety of our crew and customers remains our top priority.
Further updates will be communicated as soon as additional information becomes available.
