    Kenyans Among Adsense Clients To Receive Payment Through Western Union

    There are millions of websites and blogs across Africa. This content transforms the web for the benefit of users. Google AdSense helps content publishers grow their online business by helping them with monetization. AdSense is a programme that enables publishers to display relevant ads on their websites and earn revenue. It’s free to use, quick to set up and now even easier to get paid.

    Google say they are excited to announce the launch of Western Union Quick Cash® payments for Google AdSense in three countries in Africa! If you’re a Google AdSense publisher, you can now select Western Union Quick Cash payments in:

    • Ghana
    • Kenya
    • Uganda

    Western Union Quick Cash payments will reach you faster than checks, and they’re free of charge. Payments will continue to follow Google’s normal payment schedule and will be available for pickup in your local currency at your local Western Union agent the day after they’re issued.

    A couple of things to note: Google can send Western Union payments only to publishers that have an individual account at this time. Also, the payee name on your account must exactly match the government-issued ID card that you’ll use when picking up your payments.
