EACC Chairman, Eliud Wabukala has said that all governors will have to sign an anti-corruption agreement with the institution before taking office.
He also called out the IEBC for not holding to account corrupt leaders who bribed voters in Meru and Garissa on election day.
“We came across isolated cases of voter bribery in Garissa, Meru, Nyamira and Machakos,” he said.
His silence since taking office has however not sat well with Kenyans. Others accused him of doing nothing about the evident corruption on going in the country.
