Laico Regency Employees Complain Of Dirty Men’s Washrooms (Video)

The employees at Laico Regency hotel in Nairobi have complained of the male lavatories that they are used by employees, suppliers.

A source told Kahawa tungu that the lavatories used by the employees did not mirror the four star rating that the hotel has. The washrooms, used by the chefs in the hotel, are extremely dirty and also used by anyone who visited the hotel including suppliers.

The employee said that the management did not care about the welfare of the workers. They said even the soap dispensers could go for a long time before they are cleaned to an extent that cockroaches could be seen floating inside the soap dispenser.

The chefs who use these toilets are food handlers in the hotel and with the various outbreaks in cholera in major towns the hotel management should ensure that this services by the employees are clean.
