It is speculated that Nelson Havi might have been disqualified by the age limit that he has been petitioning against, under the hash tag #agelimitmustfall. His petition stipulates the the set standards set by section 18 of the law society of Kenya act undermines the right of young lawyers to run for office . he says that the section was in contravention of Article 27 of the constitution.
