Invited guests of the Judiciary led by Chief Justice David Maraga have opted out of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s first joint Parliamentary address.

The Judiciary representatives had seats reserved for them in the National Assembly but none of them showed up.

NASA Mp Alfred Sambu representing the people of Webuye East is present, giving a cold shoulder Moses Wetangula’s call for their (NASA) legislators to boycott the President’s address.

President Kenyatta had his August 8 win annulled by the Supreme Court on September 1 and a fresh election ordered.

An angry Uhuru faced backlash from both the civil society and the Law Society of Kenya.
