Kipchumba Murkomen has accused Opposition leaders of being beneficiaries of the Anglo leasing scandal.

He said that the NASA coalition leaders have no “moral audacity to talk about corruption”.

The Senator described presidential candidate Raila Odinga and the four co-principals as “the most corrupt individuals and beneficiaries of Anglo Leasing”.

Speaking on Wednesday during an interview on Citizen TV with Homa Bay Senator Moses Kajwang, Murkomen said the Jubilee regime does not have to defend itself on corruption.

“As Jubilee, we don’t have to fight corruption anymore. We have done it. We have seen people including Cabinet Secretaries step aside. This is a clear indication that President Uhuru Kenyatta went beyond the constitution which does not say people should step aside.”

The Senator maintained no one among the NASA Principals is clean and that they should therefore not play innocent on matters corruption.

“Kalonzo is mentioned in the NYS saga, Raila has land matters to settle, Wetang’ula sold our Embassy, Mudavadi could not even spare cemetery land and Rutto has looted county government funds so they should not point a finger at Jubilee,” Murkomen said.

Murkomen trashed the NASA manifesto launched on Wednesday night terming it “just a beautiful document with nothing but generalised promises”.

“I am still waiting for NASA to launch a manifesto. What I have seen is just an underwhelming document that even middle-level management cannot use. It is just a discussion of clerical matters that are full of inconsistencies.”

The legislator also referred to the launch as underwhelming.

    CORD manifesto launch; Ptoh! underwhelming
