Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen has declared that he will not honor the bet he made with comedian group, Propesa since he was under duress and undue influence.
Murkomen says that this is not the Gor Mahia he expected to play with Everton and that the game must be revisited.
The legislator insisted that he had been caught off-guard and has instructed his lawyers to investigate the matter.
This bet came after the comedian group waged a successful bet with Sportspesa CEO, Ronald Karauri, where they won an Overfinch Range Rover Sport.
The two parties had made a bet last week before the highly anticipated game between Gor Mahia and Everton.

Senator Murkomen has now distanced himself from the group saying that he has instructed his lawyers to follow up and investigate on the matter.
Fans have strongly reacted, urging the Senator to honor his end of the bargain.
