nasaRaila Odinga supporters on Thursday stormed the Orange House demanding to have their leader (Raila) sworn in as the People’s President come January 30.

The youths sent a stern warning to NASA leaders who they said were plotting to have the inauguration ceremony postponed once again.

They accused Raila’s allies of brokering a deal with the Jubilee government in a bid to stop the ceremony that they have awaited with bated breath.

People died while fighting for electoral justice, they said, emphasizing that they will deal ‘perpendicularly’ with those that will come between Odinga and the People’s Presidency.

National Resistance Movement (NRM) general, Miguna Miguna has also maintained that the movement will go forth with its plans without NASA should Odinga not take the oath.

Speaking on NTV’s AM Live, the lawyer insisted that the former Prime Minister will be sworn in ‘whether he likes it or not.’

But Odinga and his deputy, Kalonzo Musyoka say that President Uhuru Kenyatta’s government should consider giving dialogue a chance or else they will have the People’s Assembly convention swear them in.

NASA co-principal, Moses Wetangula on Thursday asked Kenyatta and his deputy, William Ruto to get off their high horses and address issues affecting Kenyans.

”I want to encourage you Uhuru and Ruto that this country does not belong to you. You must climb down from the pedestal where you are and come down to talk to fellow Kenyans about the future of this country. The problems of this country can neither be solved exclusively by Jubilee nor solved exclusively by NASA,” said Senate minority leader.
