The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has announced a system downtime that has disrupted its services since Tuesday morning.

In a notice shared on X, NTSA informed the public that its services were temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue. The authority assured users that its technical team was working to resolve the problem and restore services as soon as possible.

“We are currently experiencing a system downtime, and our services are temporarily unavailable. Our technical team is working to resolve the issue and restore full functionality as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused,” NTSA stated.

Many users had earlier raised complaints about difficulties in accessing NTSA services, including checking the status of driving licenses. The authority has promised to issue an update once the system is fully restored.
