Mandera County governor, Ali Roba was last evening spotted at the Laico Regency meeting with one IEBC commissioner, Abdi Yakub Guliye.
While it’s not clear what the two discussed in the secret meeting, it is suspected that Ali Roba has been trying to influence the IEBC to favorably consider his candidature in the forthcoming election.
The meeting lasted for a period of not less than 2 hours.
