Former Nairobi Woman Representative, Rachel Shebesh is mourning the death of her father Samuel Wainana Mbugua.
He was the Mayor for Nairobi between 1998 and 1999.
He passed on while receiving treatment at the Aga Khan Hospital.
This comes weeks after she lost her seat to Esther Passaris of the NASA coalition and conceded.
