ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga is expected to be at the second inauguration of Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho tomorrow.

The ODM Leader who was also the joint NASA Presidential Candidate will be in Mombasa to witness the event at Mama Ngina Drive  grounds, the venue of NASA’s final rally in the county weeks ago.

Raila has not attended any inauguration.

Mombasa voted for Raila more than Uhuru but the president attained the mandatory 25 per cent threshold, having garnered more than thirty per cent of the vote.
