Kenya’s opposition chief Raila Odinga and former Nairobi Governor aspirant Peter Kenneth will watch the historic friendly between Everton and Gor Mahia at Goodison Park Tuesday.
Odinga who is also Gor Mahia patron will be joining the team in Liverpool today. He is expected to land in Manchester at 11.20am (2.20pm Kenyan time).
As confirmed by SportPesa Assistant Manager of Partnerships Liz Muragu, the former PM will be accompanied by SportPesa CEO Ronald Karauki and Permanent Secretary Kirimi Kaberia and former Football Kenya Federation and seasoned politician Peter Kenneth.
“The former Prime Minister, SportPesa CEO Ronald Karauri, PS Kirimi Kaberia and Peter Kenneth will be landing at Manchester Airport at exactly 11.20am today,” Muragu told the official Gor Mahia website in Liverpool.

“They will be part of fans who will be watching tomorrow’s friendly match between Gor Mahia and Everton at Goodison Park,” she added.

Gor Mahia have been training at Finch Farm (Everton’s training ground) for three days now in readiness for the much awaited duel.
