NASA leader Raila Odinga spent the night at tycoon, Jimmy Wanjigi’s Muthaiga home on Tuesday night.
The former Prime Minister reportedly wanted to ensure that the government does not frame the business mogul any more than they already done.
Odinga is said to have stayed over to make sure the state does not sneak guns into Wanjigi’s home.
The ODM party leader upon his arrival at the businessman’s palatial home, asked the police officers manning the residence to leave as they were acting outside the law.

The police yesterday found six guns and a shotgun at his home.
Wanjigi has been said to be the opposition’s financier, hence the frustrations from the government.
The police recovered five AK-47 rifles and 93 bullets at Jimmy’s Malindi home.
He moved to court where the police were barred from arresting him and was granted Sh 50,000 anticipatory bail.
