Celebrated Bongo Flava crooner Diamond Platnumz can now breath easy after a Tanzanian Court dismissed a case filed against him by his estranged baby Mama Hamisa Mobeto.
The case filed in the Children’s court was dismissed this afternoon by Residential Magistrate Devotha Kisoka citing irrelevant clause after listening to both sides.
Mobeto, a video vixen and model has been courting controversy ever since she gave birth to the singer’s son Prince Abdul claiming they have been in love for over 9 years. Things however took a turn when Diamond albeit acknowledging paternity after months of denying said he still loved his Socialite wife Zari Hassan prompting his side chick to file for child support.

She further asked the Court to compel Diamond to publicly apologize for slandering and defaming her during his bare it all interview with Tanzania’s Cloud FM.
In his defense, the King of Collabo claimed he could not afford the KSh240,000 (Tsh500,000) a month Mobeto sought.
