    Samsung to Officially Unveil the Galaxy Note in Nairobi on Thursday

    Samsung Galaxy Note

    Samsung has scheduled a press event where they have promised to “unveil its latest mobile business solution and discuss its strategy to grow its business solution”. The event which is scheduled for early morning hours at Crowne Plaza hotel is believed to be where Samsung will officially unveil the much talked about Samsung Galaxy Note phonetab“.

    I already had a glimpse and test of the phone in South Africa and recorded this short video.

    The Galaxy Note is a 5.3 inch touch phone which weighs 178 grams and comes with a stylus (called S-Pen). It boasts of a 1.4GHz ARM Cortex-A9 Dual-Core processor. It has 1 GB RAM and an internal ROM of 16 GB which can be upgraded through the microSD slot to up to 32 GB.

    The front camera is 2 megapixel while the rear camera is 8 megapixel which has features like geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection and image stabilization.

    The Galaxy Note is already on sale in Kenya for between Ksh 62,000 to Ksh 70,000
