A section of the Nairobi Expressway will be temporarily closed on the night of Saturday, May 10, 2025, to allow for maintenance and construction works.

In a public notice, Moja Expressway announced that the Museum Hill Exit A will be closed from 11:00 p.m. on Saturday night until 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 11.

The company urged motorists to plan their journeys in advance and consider using alternative routes such as the Haile Selassie Exit during the closure period.

“Museum Hill Exit A will be temporarily closed tonight from 11:00 p.m. to tomorrow morning at 5:00 a.m. Please plan your routes accordingly or use the Haile Selassie Exit,” the statement read.

Moja Expressway apologized for the inconvenience and thanked road users for choosing the Nairobi Expressway.
