    Nairobi Gubernatorial Aspirant, Peter Kenneth

Gubernatorial aspirant Peter Kenneth, who is now running as an independent candidate after losing to Mike Sonko, has accused the senator of rigging him out with the Deputy President’s help.

Kenneth during his campaigns in Eastleigh North accused the vocal senator of being a ‘Ruto project.’

According to former Gatanga legislator, Sonko and the deputy president rigged him out in the party primaries fro the comfort of the Jubilee headquarters located in Pangani.

“Na tunajua ni nani alimsaidia kufanya hiyo ukora… Yeye ni project ya Ruto, wacha tuongee ukweli (And we all know who helped him do this, he is a Ruto project, let’s speak the truth),” he said.

Now he knows he cannot be governor and has started wearing suits, but he cannot hide his brains and way of thinking behind suits. Even with new suits he hasn’t changed. His major role was to look at what Kidero was doing and steal together, they went their different ways after they disagreed),” the aspirant went on to say in a video he posted.

It seems like Kenneth has rejected Mike Sonko’s offer to sit in his cabinet, should he win in the August 8 elections.

Nairobi gubernatorial race will be one to watch out for as it has attracted some vocal and ambitious candidates including: Lawyer and Raila’s former aide, Miguna Miguna, Mike Sonko and the incumbent, Dr. Evans Kidero.
