Tanzania police will soon start using a networked system after the completion the fibre optic network linking all major police stations in the country.

According to Tanzania police spokesperson Advera Bulimba, “already a contractor, KOTES (T) Limited has started to link Dar es Salaam police stations with the National ICT Broadband Backbone (NICTBB).”

I guess Kenyan security bosses should have done this instead of running millions worth of adverts which didn’t even scare flies on President Uhuru’s lapel.
