3 students of St Jude Napara Girls in Bungoma are scared and traumatised after their were injured by the school’s principal, Beatrice Masika. The Principal who is known to lock students in her office or school lab and cane them, is now facing problems from local leaders after she locked Brenda Makokha, Veronica Sakwa and Nancy Saisi.

The three students are now being treated at Bungoma District Hospital with deep wounds and scars all over their bodies after the caning. The students were locked in the laboratory to hide the wounds but local politicians including Hon Wechuli and Hon Kipkut got wind of the act and stormed the school to rescue the students.

Local leaders and parents are now demanding that the Principal be immediately sacked as she is a threat to the well being of the students.
