Two people have been shot dead by the police in Mathare slums.
According to Nairobi Police Commander, Japheth Koome, the two tried attacking the police who were trying to restore calm with pangas.
There were reports of violence earlier on in the day after NASA presidential candidate, Raila Odinga rejected IEBC preliminary results.

Odinga said the IEBC systems had been hacked.
