    Ugandan Thieves Give Notice To Residents Before Robbing Them

    Thieves of Buikwe Uganda have gone the extra mile of giving notice to the residents before robing them.

    They have even stipulated the amount of property they expect to collect from each house hold. In the notice they have indicated the households that they intend to visit listing the names of the owners of the various house holds and businesses.

    However the dates and timings ofthe intended robbery. The thieves seems to be people who are known in the community as they mentioned the owners of the household by name and are aware of their different financial capability.

    One of the twitter users has however notified the police of the intended crime for tthem to take action.

    Ugandans have been known to use obscene ways to catch thieves like engaging witch doctors who use bees to identify the thieves.
