    Former TNA Party secretary general, Onyango Oloo has been sworn in as Kisumu County Assembly speaker.

    Oloo who decamped from Uhuru Kenyatta’s TNA before it merged with URP and other smaller parties to form Jubilee garnered 32 out of a possible 48 votes.

    He beat Kenneth Omondi who got 11 votes and the incumbent, Anne Adul who got 5 votes.

    Oloo was gunning for the Kisumu Central Mp seat but was floored in the ODM party primaries by Fred Outa.

    The new speaker in February admitted to have been Raila Odinga’s mole in Jubilee.
