The leader of majority Aden Duale has revealed that CS for sports and culture Rashid Achesa is a class seven drop out. He said that he will will set up a meeting to expunge his name from the list of nominees that has already been approved.
According to Duale the nominee refused to speak about his educational background but his CV said that the highest level of education was in class seven.

Duale is set to arrange a meeting at State House to rally Jubilee law makers to vote against the former Member of Parliament aspirant.
Rashid Achesa during the vetting process intimated that his father was a charcoal burner and the mother was a sweet banana seller therefore he did not get the luxury of quality education.
The appointment committee are currently analyzing a report on the vetting of the nominees. The report will be tabled and if approved the president will appoint the cabinet secretary.
