A 21-year-old man was stabbed and killed in an altercation in a bar in Kabachi, Mutuati, Meru County.
Police said Basilio Mungathia had an argument with a woman in the bat on Saturday when she stabbed her fatally.
The woman was arrested for questioning.
The body was moved to the mortuary pending an autopsy and other procedures, police said on Sunday.
In Loya, Turkana County, a 60-year-old man was found dead in his house after a suspected murder.
The man identified as Akobo Amuran lived alone in his house when he was murdered. Police said the body lay in a pool of blood with stab wounds in the neck. The body was moved to the mortuary pending an autopsy and investigations, police said.
In Kiriari, Embu County, a man was found dead in a coffee farm. The body of the man was not immediately identified, police said as they moved it to the mortuary.
Locals said the body had physical head injuries at the time of the discovery on Saturday January 24.
In North Horr, Marsabit County, one Badaqe Galgalo, 34 was found dead in a house in a suspected love triangle saga.
The deceased had visited a house while the husband was away. The husband came back unannounced and found him in the house prompting a fight that turned fatal after the deceased was stabbed in the armpit.
The assailant escaped the scene and efforts to trace him were ongoing, police said.
Police said they recovered the murder weapon about 500 meters away from the scene of the killing.

Murder incidents have been on the rise with most of them linked to love triangles and land disputes.
Police say most of the incidents are pending under investigation while others have been solved. Up to eight cases are reported on a daily basis.
