Televangelist, Bishop Gilbert Deya of the Gilbert Deya Ministries in Britain on Friday pleaded not guilty to five counts of child stealing between 1999 to 2004.
He has asked to be released on bail as he is not a flight risk.
The father of 5 will remain in remand until August 10 when the court will rule on his bond request.
The arch bishop was deported from the UK after his appeal over the extradition request was rejected.

He appeared at the Milimani court hours after landing.

His wife, Mary Deya was in 2014 jailed for three years for stealing a baby at the Kenyatta National Hospital in 2005.
