The Tanathi Water Works Development Agency (TAWWDA) has invited suppliers and contractors to apply for registration to provide goods, services and works during the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 financial years.

In a notice issued on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, TAWWDA said it was seeking sealed applications from eligible candidates for registration under various categories.

The agency said registration documents can be downloaded free of charge from the Tanathi Water Works Development Agency website or the Public Procurement Information Portal.

Applicants are required to complete the registration documents and submit them in plain, sealed envelopes clearly marked “Registration of Suppliers/Contractors”, followed by the relevant category number.

The applications should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Tanathi Water Works Development Agency, KIDP Building, Kalawa Road, Private Bag-90200, Kitui, Kenya.

Completed applications should be deposited in the tender box located at the Procurement Office at TAWWDA offices.

The deadline for submission is September 8, 2026, at 12 noon East African Time.

TAWWDA said the registration documents will be opened immediately after the deadline in the agency’s Boardroom.

“Registration documents will be opened immediately thereafter in TAWWDA Board room and persons wishing to witness the opening at Tanathi Water Works Development Agency’s Conference Room may attend,” the notice reads.
