The Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) has invited prospective suppliers, contractors, service providers and consultants to apply for registration to provide goods, works and services during the 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029 financial years.
In a notice issued on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, the university said both new and existing suppliers interested in doing business with the institution should participate in the registration exercise.
JKUAT said existing suppliers already registered with the university are also required to apply and provide updated information requested in the registration form.
The university noted that some of the registration categories are reserved for the AGPO (Access to Government Procurement Opportunities) programme, while other categories are open to eligible applicants.
Interested suppliers, contractors, service providers and consultants can download the registration form and detailed information from the JKUAT website.
Completed registration forms should be submitted electronically through .
The deadline for submission is Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 11:30 a.m.
JKUAT said suppliers who miss the initial deadline will still have an opportunity to register after the submission period.
“Continuous registration will continue one week after the submission deadline,” the university said.
