Gospel artist Daddy Owen earlier this week advised his fellow artist Gloria Muliro to not remarry.
During an interview with the Star, Daddy Owen advised Gloria not to do so as it was her choice to divorce her husband.
The award winning gospel artist explained that Christians are not allowed to remarry after a divorce since it is a choice that he or she has made. He however said that one can only remarry in case his or her partner dies.
“If a gospel singer’s spouse dies, one can remarry because it was not their decision for that to happen but when one divorces, that one should never remarry because it was their decision like the case of Gloria Muliro, she should never. You should stay like that till you die,” said Daddy Owen.

Ms Muliro is said to have divorced her husband, pastor Eric Omba some months ago over infidelity and physical abuse. Gloria is a gospel artist who is known for her hit songs such as Sitolia, Mpango wa kando and Narudisha.
She has been keeping a low profile after the divorce and is said to have actually traveled abroad for a couple of months before returning home. Her ex husband however has remarried and has a beautiful baby girl.
