The NASA MPs led by John Mbadi said that the inspector general Joseph Boinett should ensure that these fishermen are released today. They also asked the president to speak to his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni to stop the expansive invasion into the Kenyan boundary.

The NASa MPs said that it was the responsibility of the government to ensure that all the country’s borders are secured just as they sent heavy police presence to protect ballot boxes.
