    CSs Ruku, Ogamba, Kabogo, Chirchir, Duale Lead in Fresh Govt Appointments

    Several Cabinet Secretaries have made new appointments to key government boards and authorities, following a gazette notice dated October 24, 2025.

    Public Service, Human Capital Development and Special Programmes Cabinet Secretary Geoffrey Kiringa Ruku appointed Emma Wambui Mbugua, Anne Derasso Illo, Fredrick Odumo Nying’uro, and Valarie Angela Akinyi Lomosi as Members of the Board of Directors of the Gambling Regulatory Authority. They will serve for a period of three years.

    In the same notice, President William Ruto appointed former Kipkelion East MP Joseph Kirui Limoto as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Gambling Regulatory Authority.

    Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos Ogamba appointed Prof. Kellen Kathure Kiambati as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority for a period of four years.

    Information, Communications and the Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary William Kabogo Gitau named Stephen Ngari Njuki as a Member of the Board of the Communications Authority of Kenya for three years.

    Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary appointed Innocent Muganda to serve as a Member of the Board of the National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority, also for three years.

    Attorney General Dorcas Agik Oduor appointed Ernest Kamau as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Business Registration Service Board for a three-year term.

    Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale appointed Edwin Irungu Gikunju to the Board of Directors of the Kenya Institute of Primate Research for a period of three years.

    Roads and Transport Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir appointed Anne Too as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority for three years.
