The Social Health Authority (SHA) has announced new appointments aimed at strengthening its claims management operations.

In a statement issued on Thursday, December 18, 2025, SHA Board Chair Abdi Muhamed said the authority has appointed two Assistant Directors and six Principal Claims Management Officers.

Aggrey Achola and Zainab Dida Golicha have been appointed Assistant Directors in Claims Management.

The six appointed Principal Claims Management Officers are Dorothy Wasike, Samson Okware Iliwa, Michelle Mwendwa Nguu, Ida Dakima Randa, Catherine Mukui Kilonzo, and Mohamednoor Mohamud.

According to SHA, the new officials bring wide experience that will help improve benefits administration and speed up the processing of claims.
