The National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) has announced a vacancy for the position of Managing Director.
In a public notice issued on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, NCPB said the successful candidate must have at least 15 years of work experience in a large public or private organisation. Out of this, five years must be at senior management level.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Marketing, or a related field from a recognised university.
The successful candidate will be appointed on a three-year contract and will receive a competitive salary and benefits in line with NCPB’s terms and conditions.

“The recruitment and selection process will be guided by the national values and principles of governance and public service as provided for under the Constitution of Kenya,” the notice said.
Interested applicants are required to submit two copies of their application, including academic and professional certificates and relevant testimonials. Applications can be submitted in hard copy or soft copy.
