An undrafted free agent who worked his way up through the minors, he has become a key part of the Lightning’s defense while demonstrating significant growth in recent seasons.
Raddysh grew up in a close-knit hockey family in the Toronto area and shares a deep bond with his younger brother, who also reached the NHL.

Career
Raddysh’s hockey journey began in minor hockey around Toronto before he joined the Erie Otters in the OHL, where he excelled offensively as a defenseman and played alongside his brother Taylor.
Undrafted after his junior career, he signed with the Tampa Bay Lightning organization in 2021 on a two-way contract.
He made his NHL debut on December 30, 2021, against the Florida Panthers, filling in during a COVID-related absence that coincidentally involved his brother.
After spending significant time developing in the American Hockey League with the Syracuse Crunch, where he put up strong offensive numbers, Raddysh earned a full-time NHL role.
He has steadily increased his ice time and production with the Lightning, contributing on both special teams and at even strength.
In the 2025-26 season, he enjoyed a major breakout, nearly doubling his previous career totals with high goal and point outputs while helping the team compete for playoff positioning.
