Two I&M Bank employees have been arrested for stealing Sh27 million from the lender.
Tom Odhiambo Adinda and Daniel Ochieng were apprehended on Friday by DCI detectives.
The duo are staffers at the lender’s Kisii branch.
“Both employees of I&M Bank – Kisii Branch and Key Vault custodians were arrested yesterday for stealing over Sh.27Million from the bank by mixing 100 and 1000 notes in each 1M bundle of notes,” DCI said in a tweet on Saturday.

They will be arraigned in court on Monday.
